As a Senior C# Developer, I am working as part of a globally distributed team spanning over seven locations, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge gamified metaverse.

My responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions, collaborating across teams to enhance platform capabilities and providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery. I specialized in systems architecture, feature development and integrating third-party tools, consistently driving innovation and efficiency within the development pipeline.

Lead Developer

FOLDIO - Creative Learning Technologies GmbH

As a lead developer I was in charge of a three-headed team of developers, including mentoring and code-reviews. I was responsible for planning and coordinating software projects like the Fold-Lab, Ein Fuchs im Netz and project planning for the national 'Bildungsplattform'.

Further I was in charge of the scrum process for the whole production team as a Scrum Master. This included teaching scrum to the team, creating learning packages about scrum and planning all scrum-related meetings.

Technical Director

Escales GmbH

As a technical director at Escales GmbH I was in charge of the overall IT infrastructure, planning the digitalisation of various work processes and maintaining the digital presence of the company.

Additionally I joined the project planning and execution of the IRMA - an annual fair for mobility and rehabilitation. I was responsible for coordination of the many involved parties before the event as well as coordinating the team thoughout the event and making sure all of the 120+ exhibitors are well taken care of.

Right after my studies I embarked on the adventure of founding my very own company to create digital learning games for children. With a team of 7 developers, artists and educators we created our app "VerstehMal: Das Wasser", which was introduced by the Saarland ministry of environment.

After releasing the game, we focused on developing a series of customisable learning booklets, which get sold to municipalities and public institutions all over Germany.

Throughout my studies I joined XYRALITY which are known for their browsergame "Lords & Knights".

As a game design intern I supported the game design team in the topics of balancing, refining gameplay mechanics and level design.
